Groton, Ma 01450- Painted in October of 2006, this house was a victim of mill glaze. Entire house with the exception of the front was hand scraped to bare wood with a carbide scraper and machine sanded before oil primer was applied. Cabot Stain was used on the body of the house and California 2010 Titanium White was used on the trim.

Groton, Ma- Painted in July of 2006, the body of this single family home was sprayed with California Storm Stain tinted to Benjamin Moore Seagull Grey. California 2010 Navajo White was hand brushed on the trim. The back deck was painted with Allfloor paint tinted to match house color. Several corner boards showing signs of rot at the seams were replaced.

Groton, Ma 01450- Painted in April of 2005, this house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. An interior decorator was used to help coordinate the colors of the house, shutters, doors, and roof. 2 coats of California 2010 paint were hand brushed on the body and trim of the house. The 2 front dormers required particular care and prep. A carpenter was brought in to replace several rotting corner boards and window sills.

Newly constructed barn in Groton, Ma.  Body was sprayed with two coats of clear CWF finish. The trim was painted with 2 coats of California Storm Stain. The first coat was painted with a solid oil stain followed with a topcoat of solid latex stain.

Groton, Ma- Painted in August of 2006 this large single family home suffered from moisture related issues. (Look in before-after pics) Latex primer reinforced with linseed oil and siding wedges were applied to both gable ends to allow the escape of moisture from within the house.

Groton, Ma 01450- Painted in August of 2005, this cape located in Groton Mass received a single maintenance coat of California Storm Stain. California 2010 Titanium white was used on the trim. Several rotting corner boards had to be replaced prior to work being done.

Groton, Ma 01450- Painted in April of 2006 using California Storm Stain on the body and California 2010 paint on the trim. Both colors were custom matched to existing colors on the house. Wood trim around garage doors were replaced with pvc plastic trim. Wood trim on several windows and dormer were also replaced.

Located in Groton, Ma 01450 and painted in April of 2008.  We used California 2010 flat on the body and 2010 satin finish for the trim.  Both colors were tinted to match the previous color.  We replaced several rotting corner boards and clapboards.  The pool house in the back was painted to match the house.

Groton, Ma 01450- Painted in June of 2005, this home is located on a country road in Groton Mass. California Storm Stain (2 coats) was applied to the body of the house. To replace the monochromatic look the trim was first given a coat of primer which was top coated with one coat of California 2010 Titanium White. Storm windows were replaced after the painting was completed.

Groton, Ma 01450. Painted in May of 2008.  A new addition on the right side of the house was added.  The entire house was painted to ensure there would be no difference in color between the addition and the original part of the house.  The addition was primed with California troubleshooter oil primer tinted to the approximate finish color.  The body was painted with California 2010 flat house paint tinted to match the existing color.

Groton, Ma 01450. Painted in August of 2009.  The soffits around the entire house were infested with carpenter bees.  Each hole was sprayed to kill the eggs within and allowed to dry.  Once dry the tunnels were filled with caulking.  The house was washed with Cabots Wood Restorer to achieve a uniform finish.  The entire house was hand brushed with Weatherseal Oil Stain Log Home finish with NBS 30 additive to prevent future carpenter bee infestation.

Groton, Ma 01450.  Painted in October of 2008. Entire house was sprayed and backbrushed with one coat of California Storm Stain Matte finish tinted to match paint sample from house.  The trim and shutters were painted in California 2010 Satin finish tinted to match previous color.

Groton, Ma 01450.  Painted in June of 2009.  This Groton home had to be completely rid of mildew that was growing on virtually every side of the house.  The house was sprayed and back brushed with one coat of Cabot OVT Solid Oil Stain to match existing color on house.  The trim was painted with one coat of California 2010 Satin Gloss Titanium White.

Groton, Ma 01450.  Painted in September of 2010.  This house suffered from mill glaze and had to be thoroughly prepped (see before and after pics).  We used pump jacks so that the prep could be done as efficiently as possible.  Once scraped all bare wood was sanded with a random orbital sander and the entire house was primed with latex problem solver primer tinted to the approximate finish color.  The body of the house was painted with California 2010 flat house paint tinted to match a sample from the previous color and the trim painted with Satin Gloss Titanium white.  In addition a carpenter was brought in to replace rotting trim above several windows.

Groton, Ma 01450 Painted in May 2011.  All areas of loose or peeling paint were prepped by using a paint shaver pro to fully remove all previous layers of paint and create a more sound surface for paint adhesion. All areas of bare wood were primed with Mad Dog primer tinted to the approximate finish color.  The body was then spayed and back brushed with one coat of California Fresh Coat and the trim California 2010 satin gloss both tinted to the previous color.

Groton Ma 01450. Painted in May 2016 Entire house was spayed and back brushed with one coat of Benjamin Moore Arbor Coat Latex Solid Stain and the trim painted with one coat of California 2010 Latex Satin Gloss White. We had previously painted this house in 2008.
