Acton, Ma 01720.  Painted in April of 2009.  This house was painted with two coats of California Storm Stain tinted to match sample from previous paint used.  We used California 2010 Satin Gloss paint for the trim which was also matched from the previous paint.  The screen porch in the back required quite a bit of carpentry to repair.  Almost all the trim, screens themselves, and the wooden screen door needed to be replaced.

Acton, Ma 01720.  Completed in July of 2010. This house was painted with one coat of California Storm Stain for the body and California 2010 Satin gloss paint for the trim.  Both were matched from samples of previous paint. In addition to painting, there were several rotting corner boards and trim around the house that needed to be replaced.  A section of clapboards and sheathing was replaced.  The rot was caused by water from the roof landing on the electrical meter and bouncing back into a shaded corner of the house.  Metal flashing was placed on the roof to divert water away from the meter and the house.
